The Paradox of Choice: Why More Is Less (Book)
I've made the decision to expand this column into films, books and any other product I'm currently using. I recently ordered this book to help with my web interface and systems design, to learn that increased choices can actually result in people finding it harder to make decisions and then once they do, more likely to regret them. This is why the more modern, well-designed websites feature less clutter on screen and typically focus on doing a few things very well.
